Congress fiddling

A number of studies have revealed that when doctors go on strike, death rates can go down.

I am thinking there is a similar occurrence in Washington. When the Congress shuts itself down trying to pass meaningless troop surge protests, they are not passing any laws. So, we are safe for a little while.
